A Justia mirror of Board rule Chapter 7 (current through 2025-26) shows a $750 biennial dentist renewal with a $100 late fee within 90 days of expiration, but as a non-official mirror it was not adopted; Maine's 2025 fee-cap law (LD 448, 32 MRSA §18309) also reset the Board's fee authority. Late renewal is allowed within 90 days of expiration; a license expired more than 2 years requires a new initial-licensure application (CMR 02-313 Ch.11).
