The State Board of Certified Public Accountants may revoke, suspend, refuse to renew, or otherwise discipline a certificate, or impose a fine, censure, or reprimand, upon any of the grounds specified in R.S. 37:83 (La. Admin. Code tit. 46, Pt XIX, section 1909(B)). A CPA's failure to renew in a timely manner violates R.S. 37:83 and may result in action under R.S. 37:81 (section 1105(D)).Verify with board
