Jurisprudence — new licensees only: 2-hour Board-provided course by first renewal

12 board-approved CE hours per year; no more than 8 hours completed in one day. Proof of completion is submitted with the renewal application upon Board request. New licensees complete a 2-hour Board-provided jurisprudence course by first renewal and are exempt from the 12-hour requirement until after first renewal and before second renewal. Inactive licensees renew without meeting CE requirements.
